  1. Hi class, I’m Taylor and im from Lansing. I became interested in biology after taking a microbiology class. The transition to online class was rough. However, keeping a planner with a list of my assignments + due dates, my work schedule, and any other plans really helped me stay on top of the work and manage my time properly.

  2. Hi! My name is Savannah, I’m from Holt. I originally was interested in astrobiology-I love all things space/physics/math related. I just recently finished organic chemistry, and am a plant mom of many!

    I tend to be a structured and organized person-I had a To Do list for every day, and would plan out each day of the week pretty specifically. That is what helped me with transitioning to online class.

    My name is Ahmed. I am from Lansing and have always been interested in Biology from a young age. I am most interested in Anatomy. Online learning can be challenging as you do not attend a physical class, but this has proven better for me as I have utilized to-do lists and schedules in order to use my time efficiently.

  4. Hello there, I’m Ashlee and hail from Grand Ledge. Biology has interested me, maybe not so much on the cellular level but I suppose it’ll give me a decent general knowledge. For online classes I always write down all my assignments and their due dates in the Notes app on my phone so that I can prioritize what class and assignments should come first.

  5. Hi everyone! My name is Sahar and I’m from Lansing. My interest in biology started in high school when I worked at a biochemistry lab and worked with cells and proteins. What interests me most in biology is genetics and evolution.

    Transitioning to online was a bit difficult at first but utilizing planners and lists helped keep me organized with dates and upcoming assignments. I became better at managing my time and work.

    My name is Rebekah, and I am from Brighton, Michigan. I think my favorite part of biology is zoology because I love animals and learning about their ecosystems. I’m excited about this class because I think it will interesting to learn how these organisms function on the cellular level.
    Using my extra free time to go in-depth with class material and textbook information helped me succeed in my online classes.

I’m interested in biology as I’m working toward a degree in human biology i really like how its broad and talks about all of topic that can be connected together to create a better understanding of the genetic and evolution. online classes was kind challenging because it was at the end of the semester and it was not expected.

  9. Hello! My name is Bethany Case and I am from Grand Ledge, Michigan. I enjoy learning about Biology because living things are so complex and fun to learn about and experiment with! I feel like the spring semester being switched to online only has prepared me well for this fall’s semester.
